The perfume is prohibited to transfer by air or even by ship

If you are a customer from overseas countries, we would like to thank you for your interest in our products.

But please be noted that the perfume is one of the items that is prohibited to export by air as a flammable liquid under International Air Transport Association regulations (IATA). Accordingly, we have been avoiding transferring any goods since 2009.

Package Forwarding Services

Recently we have noticed that some of our customers are ordering our products via the package forwarding companies in Japan.

These companies may accept your request, but your package might be seized at the customs before getting on air fright or even arriving in your country and abandoned by the customs officers without your prior agreement.

Please be careful if you are considering purchasing our products from overseas countries and we do not recommend for you to use the package forwarding services for our puroducts.
